Nowhere

Nowhere sits low. The seat is 100 cm deep, which is deeper than most, and the back is 68 cm high, which is lower than most. Together they put you further back in the sofa than you expect, which is the reason people stay in it.

The frame is beech, doweled and glued, with a serpentine spring base under the seat rather than webbing alone. Seat cushions are foam with a wrapped fibre jacket; back cushions are goose down and need shaking out, the way down does. We build it in two lengths as standard and any length on request.
